Food Distribution

We are still the partnering agency with Second Harvest so we can continue to have the food distributions for the poor at Lake Miccosukee community.

We also work with David and Lucy Quick. volunteers who help hand out the food at the distributions site and some of the members of with North point Church provide financial support for the food.

The food is brought out to the Lake Miccosukee community twice a month on the first Saturday and third Saturday of each month. There is an average of (40) families who come out each time the food is distributed. This is an opportunity for Jack London to get to know some people and find out what other needs they may have and what resources he can provide for them. Jack London, David & Lucy Cook run the food distribution operation. 

St. Andrews Bay Nursing Home home ministry

We try to go to the nursing home once a week, there I have  several men that I visit .The  men  I visit rarly get any vistiors so they look forward to someone coming to see them . One poor fella has demina ,his family lives out of state so he does not get to see them very oftem. He is a very joyfull person to be around .One is a retired policemen he has a lot of war stories  he likes to share with me.One of them is an avid golfer  he sure missies his gulf time .
